Should be familiar not necessarily expert in Commercial construction and/or maintenance: all manner of demolition, and/or experienced or somewhat familiar with tool knowledge regarding carpentry, tile, paint and/or sheetrock applications, and be motivated. We work less men and pay more money for those can can keep up. Pay is commensurate with ability and experience, with regular bonuses and pay increases based on performance. No nickel and dime, serious increases. Every day on time, no whiny moany complainy, and the desire to work less hours for more money is what we are looking for. Obviously, a dependable vehicle is important. No benefits, except as listed above. Pay your own taxes as a subcontractor.
